Greg started the business in 2008 after returning from a four year tenure with GE (General Electric) in Asia. Originally as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for GE Money Singapore then as Senior Manager (Finance) for GE Money Asia Region.

The latter involved significant travel to India, Japan, Thailand and Taiwan helping business leaders make better decisions via the provision of accurate, actionable and timely information. Prior to this Greg was with GE Commercial in Auckland and Melbourne for a number of years in both senior Management Accounting and Controllership roles.

The lead into this extensive commercial experience was via a Commerce degree (in accounting and commercial law) from Auckland University and subsequently training and practical accounting experience at KPMG in Auckland.

Hamish Baker

Hamish gained his B.Com from the University of Auckland and went straight into a commercial role. Before joining Frank in 2012 Hamish spent three years managing the financial operations of Stolen Girlfriends Club (NZ fashion brand based in Auckland) and also ran the P&L for their jewellery line. Hamish gained his Chartered Accountancy qualification in 2015.

Hamish specialises in financial due diligences and NZ tax residency and has a strong background in property investment.

Michelle Fletcher

Associate, BBS (Accountancy), CA

Michelle has had more than 20 years working as an accountant and business advisor, working for firms such as KPMG, and McGrath Nicol.

Michelle provides business and tax compliance advice as well as traditional accounting services to a wide range of Private Companies, Partnerships, Trusts and High Net Worth Individuals. Michelle also has experience in Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring.

Michelle is a life member of East Coast Bays Hockey Club, and is currently the treasurer of this club.

Kelly Parker

Senior Accountant, B.Com, CA

After gaining her B.Com from Auckland University Kelly followed the core accounting route and spent seven years at Deloitte. Kelly managed a large client portfolio in the Business Advisory Section (predominantly high net worth individuals).

With a desire to work more closely with clients and form stronger relationships Kelly joined Frank in 2009 and provides significant depth of accounting and broader financial knowledge.

Ronit Ghaiee

Accountant, B.Com, Prov CA

Ronit has recently completed his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland with majors in Accounting and Commercial Law. He is currently working towards gaining his CA qualification.

Ronit brings to Frank strong analysis and reporting skills and he is highly focused on helping businesses succeed.

Ronit is passionate about sport and technology and is an opening batsman for his club cricket team.

Georgie is a recent graduate from the University of Canterbury with a B.Com majoring in accounting and taxation.

Originally from Whangamata, Georgie made the big move up to Auckland to join us here at Frank where she is responsible for preparing  management accounts, client support and administration while working towards gaining her CA qualification.

Jarrod Jones

Accountant, B.Com

Jarrod recently graduated from the University of Auckland with majors in Accounting and Commercial Law, and now plans to start working towards his CA qualification.

At Frank, Jarrod is currently involved with bookkeeping, management accounts and the preparation of financial statements.

Outside the office Jarrod enjoys playing football and tennis, or just watching sports with mates.

Riki Mitchell

Analyst, B.Sc

Riki manages internal and client facing KPI and management reporting. He is our internal systems expert and manages the IT infrastructure and cloud based applications that we use and roll out to clients.

Riki, a software developer, has a passion for data analytics and through his degree and his own company has experience analysing big data to find insights. His impressive beard is now gone, but the memories remain.

Laken currently attends Auckland University where she is studying towards gaining a degree of Commerce majoring in accounting

In between her student life she joins us at Frank in a part time administrative support role, bringing her enthusiastic and positive attitude to the team
