Principal
Yuri holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Commercial Law and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. With formal training in programming through university and an intensive bootcamp, Yuri brings a blend of technical and financial expertise. His commercial and start-up experience spans a range of industries, and he especially enjoys the relationship-driven nature of his work. Yuri originally joined the team in 2019, spent some time living in Christchurch - bringing with him a strong accounting, analytical and commercial skillset that adds depth to projects he works on.

Financial Operations Manager
Jess has been part of the Frank team since 2020, diving into everything from client experience to operations and internal finance. These days she is working towards her Chartered Accountant qualification and supports Business Partners with management accounting, forecasting and reporting, while managing a small portfolio of clients and continuing to oversee Frank's internal financial operations. With a keen interest in technology and the growing IT sector, she’s always looking for ways to make processes smarter and more efficient, using innovative solutions to drive efficiency and deliver value.

Principal
Andrew is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Economics. After gaining valuable experience in an accounting firm based in the South Island, Andrew moved to London on his O.E and secured a role as the Head of Finance for a Not-for-profit organisation for over three years. Since returning to New Zealand, Andrew has been back working in public practice and has a robust technical accounting and taxation background mixed with significant global and commercial experience

Compliance & QA Manager
Kelly is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law. Early in her career she spent seven years working at Deloitte before leaving to have her family. Returning to work she has spent the last 16 years at Frank managing a client portfolio, training and mentoring team members and reviewing year end accounting and tax compliance requirements for all clients.

Principal
Jarrod is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law. He joined Frank in 2016 as a graduate and has progressed through a range of roles. In his current role as a Finance Business Partner, Jarrod works closely with clients to strengthen their finance functions and provide meaningful reporting and insights. He has a particular interest in supporting for-purpose organisations and clients committed to creating positive impact in their communities.

Principal
Fei is a Finance Business Partner at Frank Accounting, where she enjoys working with businesses to take the stress out of finances. As a qualified ICAEW Chartered Accountant, Fei has worked in a public practice such as PwC Malaysia and PwC New Zealand and corporates such as Beca that have enabled her in gaining valuable experience across financial analysis, reporting and management consulting, particularly around finance structures and processes. She's also worked in teams and clients from all over the world which allowed her to gain the experience in adapting to changing environments and evolving problems. Here at Frank, she gains fulfilment from helping people make sense of their numbers — whether that’s through clear reporting, forward planning, or finding ways to make day-to-day processes smoother.

Principal
Greg began his career at KPMG in Auckland before moving into senior finance roles with General Electric across Australia and Singapore, ultimately as a Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis for the Asia Region. In 2008, he founded Frank to provide New Zealand SMEs with access to high-quality commercial financial and accounting advice. Today, Frank delivers strategic and finance function support — from planning, forecasting and transaction advice to management accounting, compliance and tax. With over 25 years of experience, Greg brings both global perspective and practical insight to helping business owners build lasting value.

Client Experience Manager
With a passion for people and a commitment to exceptional service, Dayna brings warmth, organisation, and professionalism to every client interaction. As the Client Experience Manager, she is the friendly first point of contact— ensuring every client feels welcomed, supported, and valued. Blending the attentiveness of a personal assistant with the efficiency of a front-of-house expert, Dayna handles day-to-day scheduling, client communications, and administrative support. Whether coordinating appointments or creating a seamless in-office experience, she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes so clients can focus on what matters most.

Principal
Lee has been a Director and owner of Frank Accounting since 2020, where he leads a talented team delivering high-impact accounting and advisory services to New Zealand’s SME sector. He began his career at KPMG and has over 25 years’ experience across finance and commercial leadership. This includes senior roles in New Zealand and the UK, and seven years as GM of SME at One NZ, where he led a 250-strong national sales and marketing team. Lee is passionate about helping business owners cut through complexity to focus on what truly drives performance and long-term value. He believes effective planning goes beyond the numbers—it's about creating clarity, alignment, and strategic focus across the business.
